From booking the cottage with Alison, we knew we made the right decision. We couldn’t of asked for any more. Alison was brilliant, responded to my messages rapidly, nothing was too much. The little things really do count and make a big difference. We stayed at the cottage for New Year and Alison had made this very special – adding in some celebration gifts (champagne, glasses, hats, nibbles), with a lovely postcard, was perfect. We was even cheeky in asking Alison to hide 60 mini ducks round the cottage for a game for us all to find them and we were still finding them just before we left, I think we was short on one duck so for the next people, have a little look. I had posted Alison these and she was happy enough to hide them and we loved the hiding spots, thank you :-).
The cottage was just so comfy, tidy, very clean and just so peaceful, just what we needed after a busy Christmas. We have loved it that much we have booked again for the new year 2025-26 and cant wait already.
